Garage Doors Adelaide

A hinge broke on my garage door and needed replacing and the door needed servicing, adjusting lubricating etc. The service was fast and the attention to detail was as good as I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.

In December last year we sought quotes to replace our garage door. Mark from Best Doors was especially helpful. Their quote was very competitive and their reviews on Google helped us decide to go with them. The Christmas and summer holiday shutdown meant we had to wait until 8th January before we could place our order. We visited their office showroom where Kerrie was very helpful. She helped us with advice on type of panels and colour. Shortly after emailed the amended quote and given the delay due to holidays, expedited the our order. In late. Christmas and holidays meant a backlog of orders and a couple of months wait. We were very pleased though when early February they installed the new door. Steve did an excellent job, was friendly and informative and cleaned up well afterwards. We cannot speak too highly of his work. Unfortunately one panel from the manufacturer had a small dent in it but was usable so installed. Steve apologised, took a photo of it and organised for a replacement to be made. This new panel was recently delivered by the manufacturer to Best Doors and today Ryan did a great job replacing the damaged panel with the new one and we are very pleased with the look of it.While a manufacturers problem, Best Doors from coming to quote to replacing the panel today have given totally first class service. We are very pleased with the new garage door and a big thankyou to Mark, Kerrie, Steve and Ryan for friendly and helpful service.

Some people appear to have had issues with Best Doors based in QLD but I can vouch for the Adelaide SA Best Doors team as their customer service, professionalism, product quality and reasonable pricing was second to none. Steve the salesman knows the industry well and advised us on the available products and options for or application. We required a higher height clearance for a new caravan so ended up ordering a custom sized/shaped panel lift door for our carport to replace an old roller door. The door was fitted yesterday and Steve the installer was a legend. He is obviously a man that takes pride in what he does and his workmanship is second to none. The door fits and works perfectly and looks great. I would highly recommend the Adelaide Best Doors team if you're looking for a new garage door.

Everyone we dealt with at Best Doors were good value and excellent operators! The company was recommended to me and they sent Steve to measure up next day! Door was ordered and the office manager Kerrie worked her magic to get the door made before Christmas! Have now got another Steve rigging the door up and i honestly cant believe how seamless the whole process was! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Three years ago we decided to replace our two old single roller doors at the front of our garage with a new motorised double panelift door with back up battery, and also motorise the old existing single hand-operated roller door at the rear. After looking at different garage door suppliers and installers we were confident in choosing Best Doors for the job. We were not disappointed! Steve did an excellent job with the installation and made adjustments to our old rear roller door to make sure it properly aligned. Best Doors provided a general service on our doors last week and we were equally impressed with the thorough job Lachlan did. Every single interaction we've had with staff in the team (Kerrie, Steve and Lachlan) has been friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

had a faulty roller door that would randomly stop for over a year. and after getting various clowns 🤡 which I won't name, got best doors to replace my motor with a larger one by Ryan, who did a fantastic job and spent the time to explain everything, an absolute gentleman of a bloke who cleaned and sprayed the rails and retentioned the springs. thanks again, customer for life!!!!!!!

Had the team out to fix a failed garage door recently. Great service and easy to work. The technician was friendly and worked through the fault efficiently with cost reduction in mind. Costs were provided for the various potential scenarios (service/failed motor/etc.) prior to commencement of anything and were transparent. Will certainly be using them in future

Prompt booking, on time on the day, truth of the situation was delivered, and a thorough service, with explanations provided, all at a fair price!

Ryan from Best Doors responded immediately to our call for help after a power failure caused our garage roller door to lock in the closed position, leaving our vehicle inside and unable to use. We were extremely concerned when Gliderol the original supplier of the door was unable to assist until after 30th January (3 weeks later). This caused us great stress as older adults with medical appointments and hospital treatment due that morning and the following week. Ryan from Best Doors as promised arrived that very day and repaired the door error and also serviced both our roller doors during that call out fee. We can’t recommend this company more highly for their professional work and attitude. We will recommend you to all our aged friends Ryan!

After hitting my 20yr plus roller door contacted best doors for quote. Bec came out gave us quote to replace both doors /motors they were both installed by paul who was prompt and courteous. Very happy and we now don't hear grating noise when opening. Thankyou xx

Here's a shout out to Craig and Paul at Best Doors. Had a dilemma this morning with my roller door cable breaking, leaving it stuck open half way on an angle. With many calls and no success, I tried Best Doors and got lucky. Within 45mins Paul was there. I got lucky twice because he fixed the door. Gave me the bill, and let me say IMPRESSED!! These guys were very professional when quoting and installing our B&D panel door earlier in the year. When we had a minor issue with the product the installer promptly returned and sorted it out. We are really happy with the look and function of the door.

Recently got Bestdoors to come and replace my garage door opener. Not only they gave me a great price but the install is second to none. Rick my installer was so professional throughout the whole installed process. Rock up on time as per booking. He did a great job and explained everything about the new garage opener plus few things I didn't even know about. Definitely will call up again when my next garage door is faulty.
