My garage door was serviced a long time ago by them and got their sticker with their number. I called them today and ask help for pairing the new remotes and the man and a nice girl, fix my issue in 5 mins. Thank you for your help. Great work. Will be back in future.

Highly recommend Best Doors Clontarf. The service is quick, friendly and professional. I’ve had them out a few times over the past 15 years to service my roller door and they’ve always delivered quality work. Today they programmed a new remote to an old motor within seconds. I owe it to Best Doors for why my garage door is still going strong.

I had a problem with one door, got a wonderful response on the phone when I rang, offered a call back which I received. James rang just before arriving as promised, I was on the phone to a difficult call which I had waited all day for, so could not hang up. James was wonderful, a very patient man with my inattention, which was rude but couldn’t be helped in my case. He got on with the job, serviced both my doors for me and had the delinquent one working again, he checked my remote, he was wonderful. I have had the best customer service experience today and over the last week. The staff at Best Doors (Clontarf ) were very, very impressive. I had my garage roller door repaired and serviced for a very acceptable fee and experienced excellent customer service from start to finish. Not only did Stuart fix the broken hinge he replace them all and serviced the door - included in the quoted fee. I want to name the three staff members I had the pleasure to deal with - Kirsty, Steve and Stuart, thanks you all. If I was still running a business I would look for that standard of customer service in my staff. Keep up the great work - very much appreciated.

Stuart came and serviced our garage door today. Within 30 min he'd fixed the door from its previous habit of stopping 50cm from the ground, made it go higher on its tracks, and added new hinges to make it stronger. All for an incredibly reasonable $176! Thank you so much!

Our automatic garage door malfunctioned (the motor's running but the door won't open). I wasn't able to get in contact with the original installer so i called the garage door manufacturer (Merlin), they recommended me two companies in Brisbane. Best Doors is one of the two. I called Best Doors first. booked in for an appointment for the upcoming Thursday. the friendly, helpful staff advised me to send photos/recording to show how my garage malfunction before the appointment so that they have some ideas of the possible parts that may be required to fix my issue. Today I sent a video recording, and Wayne immediately called me back. (in fact he called me back three times because my phone kept dropping out). He kindly explained to me that our problem was in fact something we could fix ourselves. Wayne then spent the next 5 minutes talking to husband step by step on how to fix the issue. Lo and be hold, the issue was fixed. Mind you, without having Wayne walking us through step by step, there is no way we would figure out how to fix the problem. We honestly are more than impressed with the integrity, honesty, and professionalism of Best Doors (Wayne). Thank you. Business and trade people like these are harder to come by these days. You bet that we will not call anyone else from now on if we ever need any repair and/or new garage door. Thank you Wayne, thank you Best Doors.

Installer arrived on time and installed our new garage doors in a couple of hours. Very impressed with service and reliability of Best Doors. The installer was knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself and fitted power boxes to be aesthetically aswell. Highly recommended.

Rang them to say I’d back into door when half open Got it opened enough to back car out then didn’t have a hope in hell of getting it down. Had to take husband to drs in Gatton rang Best Doors when I got home. They had2 blokes around with an hour. They got it down,then made it so I couldpush it up and down. Had hip that needed replacing,so that was a headache. Boss bloke came next day and measured up. Bill said would be weeks before they could do it. Paid bill that night,they around next day to put new door in. The service was outstanding,the men so great, no great feed back on me backing into it in first place. So glad I got Best Doors. Tech from Best Doors in Clontarf showed up on time for our appointment on the Gold Coast, did a neat professional job installing garage motors, and left with tips and advice (eg. to use silicone spray on guides not grease). Reasonable price to boot. Very impressed.

Garage door broke in the open position as the cable came off. Phoned Wayne and was told next available time was on the 13th but he would see what he could work out. Within 2 hours I had my door fixed. Thank your for making my life that little bit easier.

Door looks fantastic. Excellent service from quote to installation. One minor issue (factory problem not installation) which didn't stop the door from functioning correctly was rectified at the first phone call with the technician arriving promptly at the pre-arranged time. Lachlan was quick and efficient - and EXTREMELY practical with all our issues - and replaced our old Motor with a quiet efficient one and the difference is night and day! He even arrived when he said he would! How often does THAT happen? (AND they Stuck to the great price they originally quoted over the phone too...)

A grateful thanks to Paul and his team for rapidly organising one of their technicians to assess and correct an issue today, that was not identified when we had a new panel lift door fitted back in October 2017. The ease of FaceTime to identify the issue made it seamless.
